FULL COVERAGE

The following reasons are covered by our 90-day FULL COVERAGE return/exchange policy. (We will be responsible for return postage and replacement postage).

  • The product personalization information does not match or a personalization error.
  • Poor quality or defective product.
  • Incorrect or incompatible size.

LIMITED COVERAGE

The following reasons are covered by our 90-day LIMITED COVERAGE return/exchange policy. Customer is responsible for return postage and replacement postage. Delivery charges are non-refundable. A 30% customization fee based on the unit price of each returned product will be deducted when processing the refund.

Choose the wrong size for the product.

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 90 day return policy. We are not responsible for these issues.

  • Damage to the product caused by exposure to corrosive substances or chemicals, damage due to improper handling and maintenance.
  • Items that have been washed, worn or soiled and damaged as a result of handling by the customer.
  • Not the product itself, only other items or gifts included in the order
  • Customized products, for personal reasons such as personal taste, change of mind, etc.
  • Products that exceed the returns processing time (90 days after the order is signed).
  • Promo code or gift card.
  • The product model or serial number recorded in the purchase order requested for the return or exchange does not match the returned product.
  • Partial returns or product exchange of a defined item are not acceptable.

Please note that while we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, due to variations in screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that each photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the item. ‘article. Precautions for return and exchange

1. Returned items must be new and unworn. They should be kept in their original condition in which you received them.
2. The points given for this purchase will be automatically deducted from the value of the corresponding points after a successful return (only for sites that offer loyalty points).
3. Coupon codes expire after use and cannot be restored after return.

Refund procedure

1. After we receive your returned item, we usually process your return within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification and you should reply to the email as soon as possible after receiving the notification.
2. We typically begin processing refunds within 1-2 business days of receiving a return, order cancellation, or other reason for a refund. Refunds will be processed using the same form of payment as when you purchased the product, unless we have expressly agreed, in our sole discretion, to use a different form of payment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, regardless of payment method, all refunds must be deposited to an account in the name of the account holder of the original payment method.
3.Explanation of refund time: Please note that it may take an additional time (approximately 10 business days) for the refund to appear in your account. The timing of the refund will depend on the billing cycle of the payment gateway (for example, your credit card billing processing cycle) or your financial institution. If we have issued a refund in our system, but the refund has not reached your account for more than 10 business days, please contact your payment method provider or financial institution to inquire.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation or replacement of unshipped products

1. Non-personalized products may be canceled or replaced when not shipped, free of charge.
2. For personalized products, if you need to cancel or replace the product or replace the personalized content, you will have to pay 30% of the product price as a customization fee.
3. Special Note: Even if you contact us immediately after placing the order to cancel/modify the order, we will charge the corresponding production costs because the customized product will be produced immediately after the order is placed to ensure production and delivery within delays.
